These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of zanetailored.com (the "Site"), operated by Mobile Custom Suits by Zane ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Ownership of the Site and its content

Everything on this Site is our property or is used with permission, and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes, without limitation:

• All text, written guides, articles, product descriptions, and marketing copy.

• The underlying code, structure, and organization of the Site.

3. Products, consultations, and quotes

We make custom and made-to-measure garments. Descriptions, fabrics, options, and prices shown on the Site are provided for general information and may change. Prices shown are starting prices and are not a binding offer. The final price for any garment depends on the fabric, construction, and details you select, and is confirmed with you before you commit to an order.

Because custom garments are cut to your individual measurements and selections, order, change, cancellation, remake, and return policies are provided to you at the time of your consultation and order. Those order terms govern your purchase.

4. Appointments

Appointments booked through the Site are requests for a consultation and are subject to confirmation and availability. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.

5. Information you submit

When you submit a form on the Site, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Do not submit sensitive personal information through the Site's forms. By submitting your contact details you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry.

6. Third-party sites and services

The Site links to and uses third-party services, including scheduling, payment processing, analytics. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service.

7. No warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Colors, fabrics, and finishes shown in photographs on the Site are representative and may vary from the finished garment.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobile Custom Suits by Zane and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mobile Custom Suits by Zane and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these terms. That may include blocking access to the Site, removing infringing material, and pursuing any legal remedy available to us.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The updated version takes effect when it is posted on this page, and the date at the top will reflect the change. Your continued use of the Site after that means you accept the updated terms.
