What a custom garment costs
Three levels of work. The difference between them is the cloth and the way the jacket is built, and the price follows that rather than anything else. Every figure below is a starting price, and we confirm the final one with you at the fitting, before anything is made.

What the levels mean
Essential
Our essential range of cloths and colours, cut to your measurements from the start rather than altered to fit afterwards. This is where most first suits start, and it is a properly made garment, not a compromise.
Signature
A step up in cloth, and in the way the jacket is built. For somebody who already knows what a suit that fits feels like and wants the next one to be better.
Executive
Handmade, full canvas, in the finest cloths we can get. A full canvas jacket is built around a floating interlining rather than fused to it, which is why it moulds to you over time instead of away from you.
What moves the price
- The cloth. The single biggest factor. A mill's weight, fibre and finish set most of what a garment costs.
- The construction. Fused, half canvas or full canvas, and how much of the work is done by hand.
- The garment. A three-piece is more than a two-piece. A waistcoat or spare trousers can be added to any suit.
- Nothing else. You are not paying for a room to walk into. We come to you.
The first consultation is free and there is no obligation. We bring the cloths to your home, office or venue, you see and feel them, and we price it together before anything is ordered.
