Zane is transitioning to a more convenient business model focused on mobile custom clothing appointments and online shopping.
Our Jacksonville location will continue accepting new custom orders through September 30, 2026. Clients are welcome to come in before that date to place custom orders, receive professional measurements, select fabrics, and finalize garment details.
After September 30, our custom clothing services will continue through private mobile appointments throughout the Jacksonville, FL area.
September 30, 2026 is the last day to place a new custom order in person. After that date we come to you.
All current custom orders will continue as scheduled.
There will be no changes to your order, production timeline, expected completion date, or quality standards because of this transition.

Clients do not need to contact us to reconfirm an existing order. We will continue providing updates and will contact each client when their order is ready for the next step.
Clients who prefer to visit us in person may continue placing custom orders at our Jacksonville location through September 30, 2026.

Following the transition, clients will be able to schedule custom appointments at their home, office, hotel, or another approved location in the Jacksonville, FL area.
