How It Runs
One Room, One Morning, Whole Team
Sending eight people out to be measured means eight afternoons gone across three weeks, with two of them forgetting. Doing it in your own conference room removes all of that.
Before the day
One short conversation: who is being fitted and for what, how much choice people get, and the date it has to be ready for.
The morning itself
We set up in fifteen minutes, then work through people roughly one every fifteen. While one person is measured the next is at the fabric table, which is what keeps ten people inside a morning.

Afterwards
Everyone is on file. The second order needs no fitting day at all, which for companies that outfit people routinely is the difference between a project and something that just works.

What the organiser needs to know before putting a date in the calendar.
How long does an on-site fitting day take?
About fifteen minutes a person for measurements, plus roughly ten more if they are still choosing fabric. A team of ten fits comfortably into a morning; twenty is a full day, or two mornings if losing a whole day at once does not work.
What do we need to provide?
A room that closes, some clear floor to stand in, a table for the fabric books, and a mirror if you have one. We bring everything else, mirror included if you do not.
Can everyone choose different fabrics?
Yes. Some companies want one uniform look so the team reads as a team in photographs, others set a range and let people pick inside it. Both work, and deciding which beforehand keeps the day moving.
What about people who join the team later?
Once someone is measured they stay on file, so a new hire can be matched to exactly the cloth and cut the rest of the team wore, without organising another fitting day.
How far ahead do we need to book?
If there is a date, a conference or an awards night, tell us at the first conversation and we build the schedule backwards from it.
